The telecentric projection lenses are designed to be parfocal, avoiding excessive refocusing. Long working distances allow safe component inspection.
Five robust stages are available for the V-20B series, ranging from 10”x6” (250mmx150mm) down to 2”x2” (50mmx50mm).
The V-20B profile projector boasts a very large 20” (500mm) projection screen with a rotation function provided as standard for a bright, high contrast component image.
Five telecentric lenses from 5x to 100x with three intermediate values provide the capability for measuring a wide variety of component sizes and feature dimensions.
Nikon's DP-E1 unit combines accuracy with ease of use. Teaching and measurement files can be exported by USB stick.
Nikon's E-Max software provides measuring support tools via a common GUI, processes measurement data and exports results.
