Profile Projectors
V-20B
The V-20B is a floor-standing optical profile projector offering superb image quality and capable of precisely measuring a feature’s X-Y coordinates. The image of the sample is displayed on a 20” (500mm) screen, enabling accurate data capture from the stage.
V-12B Series
The V-12B is a bench-top optical profile projector offering superb image quality to precisely measure a feature’s X-Y coordinates. The image of the sample is displayed on a 12” (305mm) screen, enabling accurate data capture from the stage.
Accessories
There is a diverse line-up of accessories for Nikon’s V-12B and V-20B series, including five models of X/Y stage, two of larger size (PS 10x6B, and PS 8x6B ) and three smaller stages (PS 6x4B, PS 4x4B, and PS 2x2B).
Software and Data Processor
E-MAX processes the measurement data via an interface unit and outputs results as a .CSV file. Teaching files and measurement results files from a DP-E1A can be exported to a USB memory device to provide ease of access.
