Last week, Nikon Metrology welcomed 22 reseller partners from across Europe to Düsseldorf, Germany, for its annual Microscopy and Video Measuring (NEXIV) Reseller Meeting. The two-day event brought together sales, application, and business development specialists to exchange knowledge, discuss market trends, and strengthen collaboration across the European reseller network.
Hosted at Nikon Metrology’s Düsseldorf facility, the meeting featured business updates, technical training, application-focused discussions, and hands-on workshops. The agenda covered both microscopy and NEXIV video measuring technologies, providing attendees with valuable insights into the latest developments, customer applications, software enhancements, and measurement workflows.
The first day focused on microscopy solutions and featured a review of the past year, collaborative discussion sessions, application presentations from Nikon and reseller partners, and hands-on demonstrations. The open exchange of experiences and customer success stories highlighted the strength of Nikon Metrology’s European partner community and its commitment to delivering value across research, industrial, and quality control applications.
The second day concentrated on NEXIV video measuring systems, with sessions covering AutoMeasure software developments, defect analysis, contract measurement services, integration capabilities, and recent application case studies. Attendees also had the opportunity to discuss customer challenges, share best practices, and explore advanced training topics directly with Nikon Metrology experts.
A special highlight of this year’s meeting was the reseller recognition ceremony, during which the partners were presented with Nikon Metrology reseller plaques in recognition of their continued commitment, expertise, and contributions to customer success across Europe.
Beyond the presentations and technical sessions, the event provided a valuable platform for networking and collaboration. Bringing together partners from multiple countries enabled productive discussions on market opportunities, emerging customer requirements, and future growth strategies.
