- X-Ray CT. Resolution is the name of the game for inspecting the interior geometry of dense AM components and their often-complex surfaces. Nikon’s X-ray CT line answers the requirement with an in-house, 450 kV microfocus source that easily inspects for porosity, and conducts dimensional analysis, all non-destructively.
- Laser Scanners. Another outstanding option for those inspecting AM components is laser scanning, represented by Nikon’s automated 3D scanning line-up. These scanners offer exceptionally fast, accurate, and non-contact inspection of surface features on AM components.
