By connecting a microscope, camera and HDMI monitor, moving and still images can be captured and saved onto an SD card in the camera slot. Built-in overlay display scales and reticles are included to simplify measurements.
Control of the camera is possible from a tablet PC. Images and control acquisition settings of the Digital Sight 1000 camera may be easily viewed from within NIS-Elements L (tablet PC version).
The Digital Sight 1000 may be operated fully independently of a PC control or connection. The HDMI output connects to a monitor to display the live image, with built-in digital scale and reticle overlays included.
Side by side image comparison, circle distance, parallel line, polygon display, calibration, scale bar, angles, concentric circles, freehand line, rectangle, coordinate data, measurement result storage, perpendicular distance, and line and circle display are all standard features.
