Nikon Corporation (Nikon) is pleased to announce that the NEXIV VMF-K has received the “Good Design Award 2025” sponsored by Japan Institute of Design Promotion.
The NEXIV VMF-K Series is a high-performance video measuring system for automatically measuring dimensions of semiconductor and electronic components. The NEXIV VMF-K can be applied to the semiconductor manufacturing and inspection processes of a wide range of fields, including advanced packaging, circuit boards, wafers, and probe cards, and will greatly contribute to improving quality control and productivity.
The Good Design Award is a comprehensive design commendation system that is operated by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion aiming to further enhance our everyday life, the industry, and society as a whole through selecting “good designs” out of a variety of unfolding phenomena while celebrating them.
