The industrial microscopy team at Nikon Metrology is application and solution-focused and supplies a range of excellent optical microscopy systems, wafer loaders, cameras, and software. We will demonstrate Automated Microscopy Solutions, where complex inspection is reduced to ‘one click’ with a result driven interface. Automated wafer inspection, which provide bespoke solutions to increase the throughput of product by combining automated wafer loaders and motorized microscopes that are all driven by Nikon’s NIS Elements software, providing fast product inspection and defect analysis.
