XY微动旋钮的位置始终固定在靠近调焦纽的位置,所有操作按钮都位于靠近人体的显微镜前部,操作者可以在不移动手臂的情况下,轻松完成被观察件的微移动和精准对焦。


采用尼康CFI60-2光学系统设计,成像清晰;可搭配数码相机。

透射照明下可选择的镜检方式有:明场、暗场、偏光(POL)、微分干涉(DIC)和相差。

使用倾角可调的目镜筒,可使操作者更为舒适地观察样品,消除疲劳。
主要用于观察原材料、半导体和工业零部件。

搭配显微镜专用 Digital Sight 摄像头使用,可高效采集高清图像。可通过 NIS-Elements 软件处理图像,实现测量与分析功能。

显微镜通过USB与尼康NIS Elements软件相连,可检查并控制物镜转换、照明亮度、光阑动作等。

主要用途集中在电子通讯领域的零部件检查,如硅片、液晶显示屏等。反射荧光*可用来有效地检查光刻胶残留,检查有机EL显示屏。
