Nikon Corporation (Nikon) is pleased to announce that the NEXIV VMF-K has received the “Red Dot Award: Product Design 2025” sponsored by Germany’s Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen. The NEXIV VMF-K Series is a high-performance video measuring system for automatically measuring dimensions of semiconductor and electronic components. The NEXIV VMF-K offers significant benefits to a wide range of industries in addition to semiconductor manufacturing, including advanced packaging, substrate production, wafer inspection, and probe card inspection.
The Red Dot Award is one of the most prestigious design competitions worldwide. Since 1955, it has recognised products that stand out for their exceptionally high design quality. Entries were submitted from over 60 countries and were carefully reviewed and discussed by the jurors.
