- MM-400. This measuring microscope excels at measuring small to medium-sized electronics. It is compact and highly repeatable and comes with a monocular eyepiece head or a video imaging head to suit varied applications.
- SMZ 1270i. This stereo microscope has been designed for failure analysis and other applications specific to materials science.
